Millbrook is going to be offering the Stinkeye soon also, it is quite similar to the L'Edge and the estimated hull wt (no outfitting) is around 23lbs.

Have you paddled an Inferno? I had this boat in mind, but the hull form looks to be very tippy. I see no edges at all. What's your experience with it?

A hull doesn't need edges, doesn't need flatness, to have good initial stability. Borrow my old Phoenix Seewun sometime. No edges, very elliptical. So round, so firm, so easy on the draw. LSMFT.
