I'm not interested in your boat, but in your splash cover.
I've been thinking this would be a good idea, either a removable "mini-skirt" or an enlarged bow deck plate. Sounds like you're a big fan.
How did you make the poncho work? There's got to be more to it than just elastic - how else was it attached?
