WTB: C1 skirt, acrobat/race cockpit, medium tunnel

Any Boat, Gear, or outdoor related item you have for sale. If you use it on a paddling trip, or to prepare for one, it's fair game.

WTB: C1 skirt, acrobat/race cockpit, medium tunnel

Post by NZMatt »

Hi folks,

So I need a skirt for my acrobat. I can't quite bring myself to lay down the dollars for a new custom one, so I was wondering if anyone might have a skirt that would fit both me and the boat that they'd be willing to part with.

I can probably squeeze into a small tunnel, but medium is normally my preference. I'd consider a large tunnel too, since I have nothing right now, but medium or small for preference.

As to the boat - was messing around in the pool last night and KNeal's race boat skirt seemed to fit pretty well, so a race boat skirt might be the best thing.

Anyhow, drop me a note through the board and we'll chat if you've got something to sell

Cheers

Matt

Not sure you'd need to order a "custom" skirt for an Acrobat. Probably the $89 skirt you can get through Rapidstyle would fit the Acrobat. The same skirt fits my Zealot, which has a 19" by 22" cockpit.

I acquired a "medium" Rapidstyle when I bought a used Wide Ride, but it has two long patches under the bungee cord, which might cause it to leak more than an Acrobat paddler might consider acceptable. If you get desperate, you can figure out how to motivate me to ship it to you.
