I would love to get my hands on a used Detonator - I don't suppose you are heading to the Yukon anytime soon are you?

David, I'm in Alaska. It would be good to connect with other open boaters in this part of the planet (AK,YT,NWT,BC). Playboating or tripping. Always looking for good, capable people to paddle with. I took a drink from the mouth of the Bonnet Plume 2 years ago as motivation to return to paddle thaat one. Don't want to wait too long. Quite a beautiful backyard you've got there! Heading through Mayo in August to spend 16 days on the Mountain river.
Anyway, maybe we can hook up sometime. Or share some info. Good luck with the detonator.

Thanks for the reply. Where in Alaska are you? I am envious of the Mountain River trip. We haven't been able to do it yet because of the logistics and expense. Some day though! We are heading down either the Wind or Snake in July. Send me an e-mail if you can and we can keep in touch.
