I am a lifelong open boater who would like to pick up a C-1. Im in the DC area, but am willing to travel in the region. Plastic boats only please. Thank you for any replies.

You can try it out, as it has some minor cracks, probably not on any major, but you can see what you think. Then, if you get the fever and think you want to convert a boat, you can pull the pedestal out and use that...
