looking for a couple of decent dagger caper's

Any Boat, Gear, or outdoor related item you have for sale. If you use it on a paddling trip, or to prepare for one, it's fair game.

Good luck ! There are few surviving. You need to widen your search to include the other candidates in the 14 foot whitewater class. Sort through the OC-2 section in "Search Boats" and wait for suggestions.

I have one with wood trim in good condition that I will be selling shortly. I have talked to someone about offering it in trade, however, so I'm not sure it will be available.

Send me a PM if interested. I assume you are in the Atlanta area? I am in Evansville Indiana, but come down to the Ocoee and Nanatahala several times a year.

Mine is the Caper-T model that Dagger sold as a tandem/solo with three kneeling thwarts. I removed the center kneeling thwart so that I could drop in a Bob Foote removable rotomolded polyethylene Grand Canyon saddle so as to be able to paddle the boat solo on whitewater canoe/camping trips.

I agree with you that the Caper is a good canoe.
