This was my father's canoe. He bought it in 1991, and then paddled it with my brother and me on rivers up to the Ocoee and Chattooga until he got a Probe 14 in 2005. It has been kept in shade or inside its whole life and the Royalex is in good shape. It has straight gunwale sides - Mohawk added the heavy tumblehome later. The boat has a minicell pedestal and a thigh retainer plus airbags. I'd guess it has maybe 50 days on a river and is ready to use.
There is nothing wrong with it except that we don't paddle it. Since my father died in 2007, it has just been sitting in my garage unused. I still use my Gyramax for cruising paddling and my wife uses the Probe 14.
