This was purchased from Select in April of 2015 and BRAND NEW (still contains the tags). This paddle has and adjustable length shaft (61-65.5 inches/ 154-165 cm). The paddle shaft and blades are Kevlar carbon using a preimpreginated molding process rather than vacuum molding (more info about the benefits of this here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pre-preg. This paddle build has the large blades and is built to take a beating.
