Got a Howler for sale in the DC, MD, VA area. Boat is currently in Baltimore but can move. It is outfitted with a solo bulkhead saddle. I do not have bags. Hull is in good shape with no repairs, cracks, etc... Really loved this boat but just have not been putting in enough time and it deserves to be paddled more.
