Prion Machine as C-1???

Anyone paddled a Prion Machine as a c-1? Or converted one?

There is a Prion Machine at a local pawnshop for $400. I am asking for a friend, he is about 185 pounds, don't know the metric conversion on that. Any input at all would be appreciated as we know nothing about this boat.
