This will be a "global" thread of excellent free resources for paddlers that are highly recommended by the community. Only moderators or admins will be able to add sites - please let us know if you know of other resources via PM's or e-mail.

The first site is the excellent and should be required viewing Rescue for Riverrunners (R3) series:
