I think that composite boats are most vulnerable when heading down river full of water without a pilot on board.

Also, add some floatation and as much foam as is safely possible.. greatly reduces the risk of a bad outcome, especially when the bags make a turned over boat float so high you can look across under it's gunwales ;D
