Here are a couple more examples of Jamie's work :

Note that the "bulkhead" is really two pieces of foam that are attached to the "ears" for the kayak thigh braces. The screws attach to plastic rods that the foam fit over. The minicell looks like it was machined...

Jamie sure does some pretty work. I wish my outfitting looked half as good. I wonder what he uses to cut his foam. It must be some kind of hi-tech-nuclear-powered-satelite-controlled-laserbeam-foam-cutting-thingy :wink: Whatever it is, I want one.

It's a bandsaw and a very steady hand, nothing nuclear. I think he said you cut across the blade not along the blade.
