Anyone in or near VA have a Spark that they might let an old crusty kneeded single blade paddler try out?
Kinda thinking of getting back in to the whole paddling thing after a extended break and I don't think my old 6" saddled C1s would be to kind on the knees now and was thinking of getting an open boat, just want to try one on flatwater or maybe a class 2 run.

I've got a Spark with a bulkhead outfitting in Chapel Hill, NC; that you are welcome to try.
Re: Spark in VA
You think there's any chance a 6' 5" could squeeze into it?

I'm 5'8". If your thighs are skinny you might make it deep enough into the thigh hooks.
Re: Spark in VA
Yeah, probably not, I've tried to fit into some of squeakyknee's outfitting, couldn't come close.
Oh well, thanks anyhow.

Re: Spark in VA
I have one in Asheville you are welcome to try.
I may have it passing through VA in August if all goes well.
