Back East Trip for a few Texans

Post by Matt Fritz »

My wife and I just got back from a week long trip to Tennesse and North Carolina.

We got to paddle the Big South Fork of the Cumberland, Clear Creek to Obed to Emory, the Nolichucky, the Natahala, and the middle Ocoee.

What fun. Theres nothing like this back in Texas.

I though you guys might enjoy a short video of Double Drop Falls rapid on the Big South Fork. This was the first significant rapid of the trip and I was a little wobbly.

Looks fun-GREAT roll by the way-very quick and smooth:)

Definitely makes me want to get on the water right now (I'm about to head out the door with my skis...). Soon, though 8)
Keep the C!
