mini cell foam

Post by riverright »

I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get my hands on some mini cell foam to finish outfitting on my c1?

I dont' need a lot, just need enough to make some ankle rests and to reinforce the present bulkhead. Maybe a square foot or so. So anyone got some scraps kicking around close to hamilton ontario or know of a kayak/canoe shop, maybe in Toronto, that might have some.

Thanks,

Brad

Noah's Marine in Toronto has it... 15 buck a square foot. They also have all the good chemicals to go along with it :-) It's a cool shop for boat building (building a wood stripper myself now)

MEC also might have it...

You could also hit up Jamie Dors, he's near Guelph - HW6 and 401 at www.paddlesportsrepairs.com. He's got a ton of little bits and peices - he might be able to sell you a chunk or give you a bunch for 10 buck or so... yeah, he's the closest to you.
