What I do is drill a hole through the wall, opposite where the air tubes connect to the air bags. Then push each air tube through the hole to the other side. Just to be paranoid, I put a Nylon wire tie around both tubes on each side, just tight enough to keep the tubes from backing out of the hole in the wall.
I used this approach with Voyageur air bags in a Phoenix Seewun, and in over a dozen years of regular use, the bags stayed put, during swims and during high speed transit on the rack.
Of course you have to remember that when you loosen the valve, you are about to fill or deflate the bag on the opposite side of the boat........

Hey Hubbell tie down info
Hey hub ,
it's Christian here in TN I took the bolts out of the grab loops Then took some nylon strap with a loop on one end then burned a hole big enough on the other end to slide over the bolt from the inside put the nut back on and tighten it back the I use a small nylon string or small d ring run it through the loop and the tye down hole on the strap. It kinda a bitch getting to the nut ,but once you do your set for the life of the boat
