Temporary outfiting trick

I have been working on the setup in my new Prelude. I didn't want to commit to gluing the outfitting in right away, buI did want something mroe solid than a pressure fit. A buddy of mine suggested using two sided outdoor carpet tape to hold the outfitting in place. It works great! It's not a substitute for gluing, but will give you a couple of days on the river to try things out and get it right before committing to gluing things in.
