Nomad C1 maiden voyage

I decided to get off my butt and outfitt my nomad over the last several days. I had elaborate plans for some outfitting that I have seen another user on this board post.Instead, I ended up throwing in my dagger aftershock pedestal and using the mike yee outfitting attached to it. I took it to the local play wave/hole here in missoula montana for a shake down cruise, the first day went ok, I got used to the boat a little identified the fact that my knees were lifting and I need to address that with a little foam. The second day I took it out, first ride, I promptly fliped rolled fliped again rolled again, then fliped and broke my paddle. Opps, I haven't hand rolled in a while and the river is pretty shallow below the wave and you only have so long to roll or punch out, so I pulled the plug. I guess it's nice to know that I can get out of the thing. Snaped my aquabound carbon blade right below the throat. I ended up getting my spare paddle and enjoyed the rest of the day.
