The Zephyr's hull material is reputed to be really tough, but even the toughest boats have been holed by rebar, or by being drug down the highway till they wear through. We all can repair glass and Royalex, and poly can be welded.
Has anyone heard what can be done if a boat made of this new material should be holed or torn badly?

Why should she? She never uses it !
Wayne Dickert said that anyone over 190 was likely to find the Spark's ends driven too much into the water for good handling. He said I should go ahead and try the Zephyr and see if it was fast and snappy enough for my mighty slalom ability. Wayne watched me bang many a slalom gate, so I trust his judgement.

Ez,
Talked to Eli for a good while today at the Demo in Farmville VA, he said they do have a reliable repair material/procedure for repairing the Twin-tex. He needs to get a vacuum pump and he'll be able to do it.
Eli may be a hard fellow to catch up with but would give you the shirt off his back to help out if he can.
Always fun to pick his brain.
