Thank you's...

Post by Sir Adam »

I just want to thank Mark Russell PAC, and Fred? Cory for sending me information recently-a lot of GREAT information to really help complete the missing info on CBoats (especially Mark for pointing out more boats!!). I'd also like to thank 'C Dawg' for donating a few boats to the "C Boat Museum"-that cut down batmax is FUN :D . And it may keep adkSara away from my Acrobats a bit longer  .

If anyone has any info to include in CBoats, especially on boat designers, etc..., please send it in! (info@cboats.net). I'm going to be stuck in a lot of hotels soon  , and not paddling  , but at least I should be able to fill out CBoats some more...and perhaps get back to work on the database for converted boats....

Thanks again, all!
Keep the C!

No problem on the info. you do a good job with the site.
You mentioned that your at times in North Western PA. or general area. If so and you can get sprung for while (afternoon or weekend) let me know and maybe we can hook up (Since I'm in South Western PA). Just a thought! I might even provide you with a boat if you boatless (sinner) on your business trips! However, it will most likely be plastic! :-) Keep me posted!

We're rolling out a bunch of new technology at work, so I'll be bouncing alllll over the place...that said, I do plan on making it back to Erie for a day sometime this summer-depending on how the trip looks, I'll e-mail you :D .

Thanks for the invite!

Hey Adam, Do you want some action shots of my Cascade & Mohawk Probe 11? If you do, take a look at: http://photos.yahoo.com/wh20crazy
Click on "Yahoo Photos" to see some of both. If you want to see how fast a Cascade can go click on "Snow".
What's this about a database for converted boats? I've only done the Big EZ, but a freind has a Necky Rip. I can get photos & reviews of both if you want.

Images, etc...

Post by Sir Adam »

Mike W-I'll definitely be grabbing those Probe images when I get a chance! Thanks!

In regards to the converted boat database, one of the items I hope to get accomplished this winter is a sortable database we can enter conversion boat data into-so you'd be able to "filter" it by selecting your weight, type of boating you wanted to do, etc... and see reviews of the boats you might want to consider. We'll see what happens though..at the moment I just have too much going on!

I've paddled 4 different conversions extensively, so when you get ready for that info, post and I'll be sure to send it to you
