I will surely miss John Grey. I will miss the many days spent on Shoshone and the Roaring Fork. Slaughter House Falls at the perfect level. This is the final sound off from the mountains north to the mountains south. I have enjoyed the years spent paddling the first prototype Rock hopper designed and built by John Grey. We made a great showing at the Montana Open Canoe Nationals. Nice keg stands John. I toast to you!!!! I was very proud to be a part of the Rock hopper family at Wausau. The river rounded your edges and will carry you on John. Your style lives on, may the surf always be good and the water levels remain perfect. We will miss you John..... Greg Fortin Team Rock hopper.
Retreat up!!

Please pass on the condolences from all of us here at CBoats to friends and family. I never had the pleasure of meeting John, but from the number of posts here I gather he was a phenomenal person and CBoater.
Keep the C!
