.....ok who has one converted already here? I won't set it up 'til winter...but I was curious how it went... how/if you centered it, where you able to use the factory stiffening plate, bulkhead or straps, etc.?? It's gonna be hard to choose between this and the CUFly for park-n-play... but I'll manage.....

i set mine up entirely out of foam. i did not use the plate. it only took me one slight adjustment to work out the trim. it doesn't take much to make a drastic differencre in that boat. i'll take some measurements when i get home which may help you some.
