t-grip glue

I'm cutting down an old Aquabound Edge fiberglass paddle for my daughter. Can anyone tell me the appropriate glue for re-gluing the t-grip? Thanks.

Most epoxies should work

I've used west systems and JB weld neither has failed. Usual prep applies.
