New paddler added to Cboating....

Post by PAC »

Per Sir Adam....
I'm happy to announce that both Sara and Mckenna Louise Pearsall are
doing just fine:) She was born Wednesday at 12:52 am by c-section
after 20 hours of labor...Tuesday and Wednesday were kind of one day
for us, so we're still a bit tired (and no, the ched has not gotten
more comfortable... since Sara is up on her feet now I'll be sleeping
here at home tonight and giving the other half of the "family" some
attention (two cats, and a dog that thinks she's a cat). Mckenna was
8 lbs, 11.8 oz's when she was born, 20" long, and for a newborn a full
head of hair (being over a week overdue helps I guess in that respect
at least).

Keep the C!
Adam
We wish the newest member and her parents health and happiness!

So you used the feminine of LOUIE for a middle name?

huh ? Aline Michelle Lewis

Alina cause I already got an Ana and an Ashley

Michelle , variation of Michael or if you are a republican I named her after the president wife

Lewis, cause I wanted to make sure people knew her parents were married and no one would mistake her for a kayaker?

WTF (where the....) does Louie fit into that name?

First post Mckenna LOUISE Pearsol. I didn't know Adam was that fond of you to name his daughter after you. If I read this correctly.

That is just wonderful, Adam and Sara! Ellen and I are so delighted to learn about McKenna Louise. You have a great bundle of joy in that little girl. Remember that over the next 2-3 months with all the changes ALL of you are going to experience. :D

Sara, Mckenna, and I thank you all for your kind thoughts! It's been a long week (Sara went in to the hospital last Sunday, and was released yesterday...6 hours short of being in the hospital a full week).

All are doing well, though I am having a hard time finding a spray skirt that will fit ;)

It will be a little while before we get her on the water, but there is much to enjoy right anyway, as many of you know.
Keep the C!
Adam
