Esquif Spanish Fly Help (shaping the hull)

I have one of the Spanish fly's that has a flat spot under the saddle and I'd like to fix this. I recall someone documenting a repair for this. I believe it will simply require yanking out the saddle, adding foam to the bottom of the saddle, shaping the foam to the contour of the hull. I know that once this is done and the saddle is placed back in the boat with the thwarts in place, the hull should shape out appropriately.
