Bilge pumps
For me; boating brings me closer to to something divine, and in a open canoe I'm 8 Inches closer.

Now I hope you speaking of a tandem canoe, right?
The pump and its capacity looks mega-cool, would empty a tandem canoe in probably less tham a minute but... You're not going to like the battery that goes with it. To push up to 31amp 12V you are going to need a car battery pretty much... Heavy to say the least.
At that point, the water may just be getting into the boat for the weight of the pump !
