I know how many they've given away in the west.

Just kidding, nobody owes anybody free boats, and Esquif is doing great stuff.

But maybe send a demo L'Edge out west somehow?

Pat.

I know a couple of folks who've been given boats around here for special trips (paddling for autistic, river preservation or prospecting trips) and we've been given out a pocket canyon two years ago for the FQCK yearly gathering. Boat was auctionned, cashing in for the FQCK river preservation fund.

But here in Esquifland (Quebec) I guess these things are maybe more seen...
Watch out; that river has rocks on the bottom. :o

Why isn't there any longboats on the list? Esquif makes some nice 16 footers. 8)

I would love to try out a Prelude - looks like a fun boat.

Give me a Prelude.. or L'Edge maybe?

I already own a Spark, so I'd like to try a Prelude - could make a good addition for the time when I grow up and start paddling steeper stuff ;D

Thought I'd better push the SFly to the top. Fun boat, and stable too.

Phil is correct -- Esquif contributed a Zoom to the raffle when the OC-1 Nationals were on the Blackfoot in MT.

Amazed at how few votes the Zoom has got...!!

Hopped out of my Prelude and into my Zoom for the first time in over a year yesterday...
I had forgotton what an awesome boat it is....

Compared with the boats i have been paddling its fast, light with quick from edge to edge with really solid and dependable secondary stability.....

Its got my vote.... :D

Just an observation but I noticed in the Poll that PE boats have the #1.2 and 4 slots. the #3 is a non PE boat but is not that much of a creeker or river runnin boat, more for racein or deep water river runnin boat. I remember how happy we were when the Blue Hole in ABS replaced Alum and Fiberglass boats.

Taureau (#4) isn't PE. Or is it? Did esquif changed their mind on that weirdass T-form elite material?

Many people have complained about it but I thought it was nice to have a lighter plastic... But I guess if it was that good they would have made the l'edge out of it too? And a lighter prelude would be nice too.
