paddling in Kazakhstan?

We are heading to Kazakhstan Wednesday for a month. Anyone heard of paddling there? I can not find anything on the net.

I vaguely remember a segment in either wehyakin or that crew's other film which I can't remember the title of had a segment where they were boating there
