hey, thanks for posting that. i didn't think to. RF at low water is very fun and if they actually had releases in the summer, it would be the place to be. even if you haven't been there before, fill out the survey and let them know that you'd be interested in checking it out at an easier level with nice watm summer temps.
Thanks for posting. They are trying to get some man made rapids to make a whitewater park there in Elkhorn city which is a great idea. Fill this thing out guys and help them get the park started! If you have never been there, it is a beautiful state park and setting. There is a section on the river for any paddler from the novice to the most experienced.
