To have the image of a person that you banded, in a calender your selling to pay for the site you baned him from?

If said calendar was produced after the banning, then I'd agree with you. But it wasn't.

The calendar is produced for the entertainment of the site members and, in a very small way, to contribute to covering site expenses.

it should also be noted that it was not quite a banning just a go sit in the corner because you've been bad and then when allowed out ofthe corner he took his ball and went home.
