Hey I am getting ready to move to State College, PA in May and I would like to find some people to paddle with. I am some what new to paddling (class II-III) and I have an aftershock.

Stop in to Tussey Mountain Outfitters in Bellefonte, PA. Its the hub for openboating, etc. up in the StateCollege area. You can certainly make some boating contacts there.
