Tenzing,
Lots of fun. It's a BIG flush and rush narrow class 3+ rapids with pourovers and few eddies. Many sharp rocks so an awful place for a swim. Multiple runs possible in a day as it's over so quickly.

I'm trying to figure it out, man. I have a rookie I'm leading down the Lower Yough which was supposed to be Sunday. Monday I definitely want to get on the UY. My family is coming up with me and, for that reason, I'm not coming up until Saturday evening. So I have to trade in either a Savage run or an UY run to lead my buddy down the Lower Y. I hate decisions like that.

Good Call
I like the way you think. I'll lead my buddy down the Lower Sunday and then do the Upper on Monday. Sorry, Savage, my cold, swift friend....maybe next time.

we should all stay at Piney Mountain. n spread out for different runs from there... but that could be our base camp?
