First off, despite the obvious visual similarity it doesn't feel like a taureau, and it's significantly wider than the force C/K1 along with possibly a mite softer at the edges.
I'm not sure I'd personally want a C1 version, but if you emailed Andy and asked if they could ship you one with an uncut deck so you could cut it out yourself, weld a cockpit rim in and outfit it accordingly then there's a good chance they'd be willing to accomodate you.
