How long is the new Esquif Vertige-X?

Post by Gryphon »

It looks like several companies are "selling" the Vertige-X, for prices between $1010 and $1800 (NOC and Appomattox River Co).

Yet, despite favorable reviews of the prototypes, I've yet to see any specs. Does anyone know the length, width, weight and rocker of this much awaited new boat?

Thanks.

call noc

esquif may not be so great at resonding to emails so try calling noc for details; if sales rep isn't helpful, ask one of instructors as they use them in classes. they also prefer these over prodigy for tandem--echoing many in regards to prodigy being pretty wet boat.

see d. nickerson post: 14" long; 33 wide; 15 1/2 deep. seen talk of 5" rocker --whatever that means as dependent on how and where measured; soft chines.

or find a used caption that isn't outfitted--good luch on that one.

nice to start with a naked boat and outfit to own style.
