Ok, so I've been receiving some really creative suggestions of excuses that could have been included on the back of the ALF shirt. I think creativity should be rewarded, so post your best excuses in this thread and the best one will win a free ALF shirt.

I love it Paul! The only excuse I could throw out there is about being injured (if I hadn't re-injured my shoulder, again).

Otherwise, you have covered all my other excuses.

Other than having to go to track meets that weekend
