Excellent. I look forward to the rest of the series.
I loved the rescue or pin kit--4, 3, 2, 1 concept! Sweet.
i.e.
4 locking carabiners
3 pulleys
2 prusiks
1 webbing

Hey Brian,
You will see in future episodes that the 4,3,2,1, pin kit system works perfectly for most simple wraps or pins. We recommend 2 sets of these per expedition in the event that , as Murphy's law would have it the boat that is pinned is the one with the pin kit. With two sets... generally you should still have access to at least one.
The videos will be published once per month on a variety of sponsor pages. Currently the first 3 episodes are with canoekayak.com . If you have any particular subjects you would like to see addressed let us know.

Thanks! Too many new boaters have no idea about river rescue!
