GOOP and Royalite...

I was wondering if Goop would work in a royalite hull(spark) for anchors? I install all of them twice with Vynabond... but I'm afraid they wont stay....

I know that Stabond would be best, but I don't have access to any up here!

I think so. Goop seems to stick to just about anything. As mentioned in another thread, apply it to the anchors and hull, let dry somewhat before sticking it together, and heat with a hair dryer.
