Chattanooga...

as most all of North Alabama is dry, except for Madison County, Etowah, St Clair and a few wet cities. Don't take a chance if unfamiliar. Especially considering Bama has one of the highest (if not 'THE" highest) tax rates on alcohol in the nation. Also believe Georgia and Alabama have real similar rates (use to), so that little bit of Georgia should be avoided - unless on a beer run. However if in need the very next county down, 15 -20 minutes away is wet.
