no they all dumped ... the level had dropped as it was late in the day on Friday and maybe at only 1,600 by the time they got to Iron Ring

A little torso rotation please... squaring shoulders to paddle side. Would really hate to see those young shoulders turn old before their time.

    Not enough rotation in this? Tommys brace seems to have more rotation from the shoulders. My brace feels ok to me, should i be doing differently? it keeps my head dry! 8) (usually :lol: )
