To stretch my legs while paddling I sometimes get of out the thigh straps and sit on the butt part of the saddle BUT with my feet forward instead of knelling with my feet backwards.
Also, think back to the old style plastic saddles that had the upper seat on top of the saddle. Pretty high and not stable but a fine position to sit while stretching your legs.
I'm still thinking the simple solution would be an extra plug of foam that you could add to the seat under your butt to increase the seat height.
Who makes an adjustable height pedestal?
