Matt, give them a call 800-644-8001.
Ian, my customers who had Everlast bag failures did get free replacements from Gaia.

I have no experience with Gaia, however I have 3 sets of Voyaguer/Harmony bags that have never leaked (one set is 15 years old) I picked up set of the new NRS bags last week (lightweight nylon with big release valve). After one use one bag is already loosing lots of air - thankfully MEC has a great return policy.
