Seat Belt Oufitting?

I'm new to C-1 and am thinking about outfitting my boat with a seat belt as opposed to thigh straps. I am of course aware of the entrapment potential of a seat belt. Any things I should know before I do it. Recommendations? Examples? Thanks for your help.

Northwater lap belt
