saddle placement?
by Garrett
What is a good way to determine a neutral placement of a saddle? I know where I put the saddle depends on what I want to do with the boat, I want a neutral/ slightly aggressive saddle centering and I am just curious how I would go about finding out where to put it. if it helps I am converting a liquidlogic session.
Thanx

Step 1) Put saddle in boat Loosely
Step 2) Paddle boat on flat water and see how it goes!
You'll most likely find that even after you decide where you want the saddle, you'll want to move it a bit. I find it takes 6 months or so before I'm really happy with my outfitting for a boat. In the end it's usually the little things (height of ankle blocks, etc...), but in the first few weeks sometimes I make "major" changes.
Good luck!

P.S. Network54 is "difficult" sometimes (you're most likely not an idiot...). A new forum is in the works....
