Character conversion

Just a quick simple one....
Does anybody know how to convert a hex or dec character code to its ascii equivalent?
e.g. (decimal) 65 = A (ascii)
I know you can use toascii for the otherway round!

I think most folks on this forum can only convert from K to C. With an occasional migration to OC to C and back again.
This is the wrong forum for you bud!
