Talking about bow stalls got me all worked up. So a cruised over and schmoozed our facilities manager into letting me into the pool this evening.

Six weeks out of the boat, and my knees felt it.

I also completely floundered bow stalls today, you may want to discount my advice...

I had forgotten just how many rolls playing in the pool involves. One hour was worth several days on the river.

So is it cheating to wear the PFD? I can roll without it, but its sooo much easier with it.
