Dagger and Upstream Edge

Just a heads-up to fans of Dagger and Upstream Edge slalom racing boats. Dagger is closing shop on their slalom boat operation and has given a set of molds to Nantahala Racing Club. I do not know yet whether anyone in Wesser will try to lay up boats for sale. Dagger has been the commercial source for Superglide and Zealot C-boats, as well as for Shipley's Predator and Krypton kayaks.
Rockwood outfitters, home of Upstream Edge, has been purchased by Scott Canoe et al. Upstream Edge has offered a wide range of racing c-1s. I do not know whether Scott Canoe will continue to offer the Upstream edge line.
I'd be glad to hear any rumors on these situations. Meanwhile I'm making inquiries of my own.
