Charlie Walbridge

Charlie's book is a little dated, but the techniques are still the same. Plus, he's a C-boating legend!

I'm sure another C-boating legend (John Sweet) has copies of Charlie's book...

Good Luck and let us know what your building and how it goes...DM

Do a tour through the http://www.fibreglast.com/ site. Don't miss the Info Center. They've also got books and videos.

RapidMag article
by Scott B.
If you can find Volume 2 Issue 3 of RapidMag, there is an article by Ian Thompson describing how. This method is probably best suited to a one shot or prototype. Anybody know where the full text is on-line?

Rapid Magazine
by Willy Young
Here is the response I got from Rapid Magazine. I ordered the magazine because I am planning to build a glass/kevlar canoe. I found a lot of information by searching the web for fiberglass and kevlar. I found a book in the library "Building Your Kevlar Canoe". I don't have the authors name. It has some very good information on building a male mold. Let me know if I can help in any other way. I would like to hear how your boat building goes.

Willy

Call the office, I'll get you one out today. Visa is the easiest, it will be $5.95 US. Thanks. By the way, its our most requested back issue, by far.
