How does one obtain status of "Pain Boater"

I was bored one evening so I set up a few different "levels" of users here at the Forum. If I recall correctly "Pain Boater" is currently the highest status, and requires you have 50 posts on the board. Basically, it's another way of saying "C1 and CForum addict"
