Hey Everyone!

Apologies for the delay in posting this! I've been a tad busy lately...BUT!

Just a quick reminder that there will be a bunch of Single Bladers gathering at the Ottawa on the August long weekend (Aug 1st-4th)

We will be gathering at River Run Friday night to tell lies, have fun, go boatin'....If you are interested, drop me a line or just show up! Hoping for dinner Saturday night at The Northway in Cobden or possibly potluck at River Run... what does the group wanna do? I should tell the Restaurant to expect us if we're going....(I know some people are on a budget...I am too, but Dinner Sat. nite would be really great...we can go cheap every other nite!)

We will be doing more than just the Ottawa...water levels permitting we can try the Rouge, Gatineau, Madawaska, etc etc..

As promised, Jo and I will be getting up to River Run probably around 11pm-midnight Friday night. We'll see you there!

For anyone Interested in staying around and paddling into the week till Aug 8th, Liz and I will be camping at River Run all week. This just gives us a bigger window to paddle and run a few more rivers.

Unfortunately, it looks like AdkSara and I won't be able to make it because of house stuff (we're moving...)....but Kalin, THANKS FOR SETTING ALL THIS UP ! I REALLY wanted to make it, especially after the great time we had boating at the North Branch.

I envy all of you that will be there-if you haven't been to the Ottawa before, it's a GREAT BIG River, and Kalin's a great "tour guide" and host.

So, we'll be there in spirit, and look forward to reading about the GREAT time had by all on the forum. If someone happens to take pictures, and send me images (or prints) I'd be happy to put them up as well.

We're still waiting for a few quotes on the Bumpah Stickah's-hopefully we'll have them in a few weeks. We'll C!

The weekend is getting closer. So we`re looking to see you all at River Run. We`ve decided to stay away from the masses on Sunday ,so it looks like Sunday we may do the Rouge and do the Seven Sisters. Then we`ll see how the rest of the week plays out.
